Hi Lilian,

What is your main reason for wanting to lose weight?

Lilian reply is "My primarily, it is for health reason, the secondary is because I want to look good and I like to prove to myself that I can go back to my previous weight. I am just so sick of looking in the mirror and not liking what I see."

An active lifestyle and plenty of exercises, along with healthy eating, is the safest way to lose weight. Even modest weight loss can improve her health.

Extreme diets (fewer than 1,100 calories per day) are not thought to be safe or to work very well. These types of diets often do not contain enough vitamins and minerals. Most people who lose weight this way return to overeating and become obese again.

One of the big challenges for Lilian is to overcome her resistance to learning and change.

When dieting, her main goal is to learn new, healthy ways of eating and make them a part of her daily routine.

Many people find it hard to change their eating habits and behaviors. She may have practiced some habits for so long that she may not even know they are unhealthy, or she does them without thinking. She needs to be motivated to make lifestyle does changes. Make the behavior change needs part of her life over the long term. Know that it takes time to make and keep a change in her lifestyle.

Practicing behaviors which are simple lead to successful outcomes. Practice the tips over the next few days. Lilian may be shocked to learn how easy it is to lose weight quickly. In a matter of weeks, She will have developed the healthy habits that are going to bring her to her ideal weight.

Lilian keeps her nutritious diet in check, don't feel that she need to restrict any particular food. By doing that, she is going to crave that food even more and that will throw her diet completely off track. Just eat the not so healthy food in moderation and she will be fine.

A great way to help Lilian to lose weight is to choose a day, once a week, where she eats whatever she wants and don't follow her diet. When she had been dieting for a while she might notice that she hit a plateau. By eating whatever she wants once a week, she actually ends up boosting her metabolism.

Dieting is one of the hardest keys to weight loss

Again, the key to real weight loss is lifestyle adjustment. Apply what she had just learned to lose weight and then maintain it. This is a compass when she loses her way on her weight loss journey.

Lilian, an overweight busy working mom living in the city, she’s in her 50s.  She works as a multi-level-marketer. Lilian carries around extra weight at her abdomen and thighs. She worries it might be having a negative effect on her career, but she can’t get up the motivation to start going to the gym.

Lilian, love to dress up when she meets clients but she has limited choice in buying clothing because of her size. She admires those who can dress up in beautiful clothing, she wishes that she can be one of them.

Beside limit in the choice of clothing, also when she wear dresses, skirts or shorts. Walking is a problem for her, her thighs tend to rub against each other, she feels frustrated.

She determines to find a solution to help her overcome these frustrating of not able wear the clothing that she likes and the rubbing of her thighs problems.

Lilian thinks that joining up at the gym and exercising regularly will help her lose weight effectively. Unfortunately, she realizes it is wishful thinking, join the gym and exercise frequently. She discovers that, even with hard work and dedication at the gym, she is not losing any weight.

Weight loss is not only about exercise – in fact, exercise only contributes to weight loss around 20%. The other 80% is all dependent on her diet.

Here Are The Important Facts Why Lilian Can't Lose Weight…

  • Fitness and weight loss supplement only lighten her wallet. But is not necessary to really lose weight.
  • Having trouble losing weight? Taking longer than expected? She is not alone.
  • Speeding up her metabolism is one of the most important aspects of weight loss. As she gains more fat, it becomes harder to lose it.
  • Weight loss in the 50s. Every decade her metabolic rate slows down and body gains extra pounds even if she controls her eating and exercise well. If she eats the way she ate in her 20s, the weight will only increase.

But she is desperately in need of a solution to solve her problems besides the negative impact of career, not able to dress up the way she likes. She is also well aware of the effect that overweight has on her health in the later year.

Are you having the same problem as Lilian? Do you need help defining a sure-fire way to lose weight that works for you? Check out this resource to find the solution now!

The reason, why Lilian did not sign up for any weight loss program is she can't afford to spare time out of her daily busy schedule to go to the gym or to the weight loss center to work on losing those extra body fats that she has accumulated all these years since she starts to gain weight.

The problem Lilian have is she gives herself a lot of excuses, such as  “I don’t have time.”  I don’t have enough time to work out. I don’t have enough time to prepare healthy meals. I don’t have enough time to clean the house. And I don’t have time to make new connections.

Yet in all reality, busyness was just another addiction Lilian clung to so she could avoid things that made her uncomfortable. The things Lilian often stayed busy to avoid happens to be some of the more worthwhile things in her life, such as to lose weight and become healthier into her late year.

Being busy can actually be a sign of an inability to manage her lives well. Busyness is the new smoking for her. Lilian talks about busyness like an addiction—something that cannot be helped. And few see how damaging its effects are.

Being busy can be indicative of a lack of confidence and self-worth for Lilian.  Sadly, this points to an ignorance of her inherent value, in that regardless of her performance in life, she is important, loved and valuable. This slippery slope typically makes her too uncomfortable with herself.

The more Lilian thinks she is really busy or she doesn’t have enough leisure time, the more she actually start to feel rushed and overly busy. Instead, force her mind to start thinking more positively about time. When she finds herself in moments of rest, appreciate them and think of how much leisure time she get to enjoy overall. The more positively she think about the time she has to spend, the more positive she’ll feel in the moment.

This can be a difficult habit to create, especially if she is used to thinking negatively, but even small changes can make a big impact on how she think and feel.

There’s no doubt that she has a lot to do, but she probably has less to do than she thinks and more potential leisure time than the first suspect. If Lilian make an effort to shake up her routine, plan and manage her time better, and make time to appreciate the little things in life, and she’ll inevitably find herself less rushed, less stressed, and less victim to that perpetual “busy” feeling.

Lilian has to learn this approach and it will monumental in changing her frame of mind.

When she looks at life’s challenges this way:

  • She does love to work out, she just doesn’t have time because exercising isn’t a priority.
  • She does love to eat healthier, but she doesn’t have time to cook because eating healthy isn’t a priority.

Suddenly, the excuse of time becomes an incredibly weak argument for her.

At last, she overcomes her problem using excuse "lack of time" to avoiding a critically important decision.
