It Is Vital That You Breathe Properly

I believe you have seen those critically sick people put into the intensive care unit with an oxygen mask over their noses to breathe oxygen. Because their bodies did not receive the required oxygen for their organ system to function.

While we are healthy, we can learn proper breathing. In normal circumstances, we unconsciously breathe 20,000 times a day, but are we doing it correctly? While most of us never think about breathing, the way we draw on our breath can affect our physical and mental well-being.

With poor breathing habits, we may suffer from shallow breathing. Which means breathing in too quickly or monitoring our breath so that we consciously think we breathe in too much or over-breathing. This means we breathe in more air than we should because we feel we’re not getting enough oxygen.

When it comes to learning how to breathe right, there is no “I’ll start tomorrow.” Tomorrow is a disease. Breathing exercises can be done at any time and anywhere, without equipment.

To get through the day, you have to take medications because you are always tired and listless. You have insufficient oxygen in your blood to carry essential nutrients to various parts of your body.

Your skin may be dry and possibly even thin, and you may suffer from not receiving sufficient fresh oxygenated blood. Your muscles tire easily during a workout. Your prolonged periods of stress mean you breathe using only the top third of your lungs. This causes you to breathe like you are constantly hyperventilating. Hyperventilating also increases the heart rate, leading to palpitations and contributing to anxiety and out-of-control feelings.

Oxygen and carbon oxide are not exchanged properly in the bloodstream. The physical effect of a lack of carbon oxide can make you feel ‘spaced out’ and lead to panic attacks, insomnia, dizziness, and extreme fatigue. A lack of oxygen can rob your organs of oxygen to function properly and cause illness.

You look older than your age crappie not caring for yourself. Some people around your age haven’t even made it this far in life, they have died because of poor health. If we do not stop breathing exercising when we grow old, we grow weak because we stop exercising our breath. Those who don’t find time for breathing exercises will suffer illness.

Proper breathing can improve heart health and reduce blood pressure. Asthma, emphysema, and chronic pulmonary disease patients can also benefit from it.

You can improve your overall health and mental well-being by being aware of your breath every day, even in simple situations. Think about how you spend a typical day and how paying attention to your breathing is so important.

Irregular breathing increases stress by causing the body to trigger a nervous response that dumps chemicals into the nervous system and confuses the body. So it’s probably an idea to be more mindful of your breathing while working at your computer and take regular breathing and stretching breaks.

Of course, you might say, “Breathing is easy.” You do it every day, but let’s take a minute to practice some deep breathing and see what a difference it makes to your overall sense of well-being, happiness, and overall health.

Do you want to restore your health so you can enjoy your balanced lifetime on the planet? Do you want to stay healthy because medication is becoming increasingly expensive as well as all those health supplements?

How can you be healthier in your mind, body, and spirit so that you can live a more fulfilling, enthusiastic, and happier life? How can you be more joyful living a life full of love, for yourself and the world? Everything that’s happening in your life, everything that you achieve, is about one thing called “to be Loved.”
