hunching_old_folkI saw my aging father with male pattern baldness hunching when he walks or stands. As a result of my thinning hair mom’s immune system attacked herself, she has been admitted to the hospital because of pain and body inflammation. She had knee pain that needed an operation. It is a healthy way to eat salad, according to a friend of mine who is obese. He has constipation and needs medication to remove his bowel. I also saw my aunt suffering from the same issue, but not that serious.

Myself, I have frequent urination problems, unaware that my kidneys are deteriorating, and I am suffering from heel pain that makes walking difficult. Due to poor blood circulation, I have difficulty getting up and walking whenever I take a long bus journey of 45 minutes or more.

What was my Why? These are all minor health issues that seem insignificant but can lead to serious health problems as I age. I will have some kind of disease like all those elders. Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, heart disease, and whatever are all those common diseases found in people when they reach the age of let’s say 45 and above.

Let me tell you what made me want to be healthy. Remember I said earlier, “my late hunchback father, my mom with a self-immune system attack and knee operation, and my old aunt having constipation problems and many others.”

That got me to think, “How do I want to live my life as I age?” I like being healthy, free from medication and supplements, freedom to travel to enjoy my life. That got me started on this health journey to become healthy, of course, after some diligent work physically and mentally. After doing it for several weeks, I am healed from heel pain, urine holding, and poor blood circulation.

I am now a product of eating, drinking, exercising, breathing, and sleeping well. Doing all these steps every day for several months. Before seeing signs of progress toward my desired weight and vital health. It wasn’t even this process system. It was a view of being healthy and wanting to control weight.

I recall what the father of medicine, Hippocrates said, “Let your food be your medicine, and your medicine is your food.” So I did what he said, of course, choosing the right type of food. This is only one part of it. The others are breathing, exercising, and sleeping well, too.

I would like to pursue a healthy lifestyle by working from home. Having the financial freedom to live where I want and do what I love. I dream of leading a healthy painless life as I age because the medication is expensive. Have a continuous stream of income regardless of age working online from home.

What people want is very similar to my idea. I trust and believe that people like being healthy, living a happy life enjoying a positive relationship with family, and doing things together. People with children and grandchildren.
