Lilian says, “It is impossible now. I don’t mean to be negative, but I can’t lose weight. I lost some, gained some, lost some, and then…I’m sure you get the picture. I believe I am addicted to certain types of food mostly carbs. I also binge at night. How will I lose weight? I’m sorry. I feel like giving up. It is so discouraging. I could do with some help.”

Another thing Lilian should do is cut out sugar, which is much harder because all processed foods have sugar. She has to change her shopping and eating habits. It only takes one simple change to make a difference.

Lilian needs to understand the different sugars such as Sucrose, Lactose, and Fructose. Fructose is identified as the cause of obesity.

Every common food group contains fructose, and we eat so much. Fructose is a poison in our systems, and our bodies cannot metabolize fructose. It turns directly into fat.

That’s why losing weight fast is such a problem for Lilian. Most diet plans did not mention the need to remove fructose from their diet as they mostly focused on reducing fats.
